These terms apply to the services offered within the Pôle Animalier of Maison 86 Vivante (86 rue Blanche, 75009 Paris) by the independent practitioners working there: Morgane Hulin (animal shiatsu and energy work), Simon Gallat and Esmée Julien-Saint-Amand (animal osteopathy). Each practitioner works under their own business status and their own professional liability.
Booking and payment
- The price of each service, including all taxes, is given before booking (VAT not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, for the practitioners concerned).
- A booking is confirmed once the session has been paid, via a secure payment link sent by the practitioner concerned. Please pay within 2 hours to secure your time slot.
- For monthly packages (Morgane), no payment link is needed for each session; an appointment reminder is still sent 24 hours beforehand.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- Any cancellation or request to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment, directly with the practitioner concerned.
- Cancellation more than 48 hours ahead: no charge; refund or rescheduling possible depending on the payment method chosen.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours ahead: the full price of the session remains due, except in the case of a justified veterinary emergency (proof may be requested).
- If you arrive late on the day, the time lost is deducted from the length of the session; beyond a significant delay, the appointment may be considered cancelled and remains due.
- If the practitioner cancels, a new time slot is offered at no extra cost.
Nature of the services
The practitioners of the Pôle Animalier are bound by an obligation of means, not of results. Their services (animal osteopathy, shiatsu and energy work) complement veterinary care and never replace it. If you have any doubt about your animal’s health, seek veterinary advice first.
Personal data
The information collected when booking (name, contact details, information about the animal) is needed to manage the appointment and is shared only with the practitioner concerned. It is not used for any other purpose without the explicit consent of the person concerned. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, which you can exercise with Maison 86 Vivante.
Contact and complaints
For any question about your appointment or any complaint about a service, contact the practitioner concerned directly (their details are given to you when you book): they alone are responsible for the service provided, within their own business and under their own professional insurance. Maison 86 Vivante provides the Pôle Animalier space but is not party to the contractual relationship between you and the practitioner, and accepts no liability for the services provided.
